I wish to share my wonderful experience dealing with PR Developers & Mr. Samir Wadhwani. I had invested in an under construction building in Bandra in the year 2020. It was in peak COVID lockdown period, & I had a discussion with Mr. Samir on the booking day and got assured by him and his team on the building construction date with OC. I wish to state that what date for the OC was stated to me by PR Developers - the OC was actually received one month in advance. I was fully satisfied with the construction & amenities promised to me. The best thing is that the PR team will go out of their way to make sure their client is satisfied. The Team was always approachable whenever needed, which was my main reason to getting associated with PR Developers and Mr. Samir. I can state with full confidence that PR Developers is the rising star in the building construction industry in Bandra, Khar and Santacruz areas. I wish the PR Developers Team all the success.

First and foremost, I thank PR for remaining with us every step of the way. We went through a few ups and downs, survived and reached our goal. It's a commendable achievement in these times when redevelopment projects have otherwise taken many years to complete. We were confident that PR would solve the problems with their experience of so many years and the entire PR Team, particularly Sandhya Parekh and Archana Soni from your office, have been responsible for their excellent coordination and I appreciate their prompt and competent response to all requests as well as complaints. They were always available and responded to mails and calls even if they were on holiday. Gul, Murli and I are extremely glad to be back in our own homes. I am pleased to appreciate the quality of the materials used, especially the bathroom and modular kitchen fittings. I must mention that the glass used for the window panes provides us with utmost comfort since it cuts out the noise nuisance of the Metro work going on so close to the building. All in all, a very satisfying and happy experience!
